1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 92pn platform, including its website available at 92pn.cam, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, account services, betting and gaming products, bonus programs and support channels (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

The Platform is operated by 92pn ("92pn", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

92pn is an online sports betting and live casino platform designed for English-language users with a focus on the Pakistani market. The Platform is not licensed, endorsed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are individually responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan). Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon successful registration with the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where separately indicated, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and other conditions attached to any bonus or promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency used on the Platform for account balances and transaction values.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in Section 1 (Introduction) above.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is: (a) under the minimum age requirement; (b) located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful; (c) self-excluded; or (d) otherwise restricted under these Terms or by the Operator.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, self-exclusion features and related mechanisms available to Users within the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game or other product offered through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the 92pn Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gambling platform is unlawful. Users in Pakistan must understand and comply with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation. The Operator makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
7. You must hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You acknowledge that before the Operator processes your first withdrawal request, you will be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submitting valid government-issued identity documents and proof of residential address. The Operator may request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance, fraud prevention or regulatory purposes.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the 92pn Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform through automated means, bots, scrapers or any software that is not expressly authorised by the Operator.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation or interfere with other Users' use of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, and that no guarantee of winnings is made or implied.
• You accept that betting is a form of entertainment only. The Operator expressly discourages gambling as a means of generating income.
• You will not use a VPN, proxy or other service to misrepresent your geographic location in order to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• You will comply with any additional rules, policies or guidelines issued by the Operator from time to time, including game-specific rules and promotional terms.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or their equivalent where applicable. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Users must verify currently available deposit and withdrawal options within the Platform cashier.

Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity with Pakistan-familiar payment services only. These references do not imply that any named provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with the 92pn Platform or gambling-related transactions. Users must review each payment provider's own terms of service before initiating transactions.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts and using the same payment method used for deposit, where operationally possible.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the Operator's internal review process. No guaranteed processing windows are promised.
• Funds may not be transferred between 92pn user accounts.
• The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or mobile wallet providers.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The Operator may offer bonus funds, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Users from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.

Key general conditions applicable to all Promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable Bonus Terms (illustrative example: 30× deposit plus bonus amount).
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During an active bonus period, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per wager (illustrative example: PKR 500 per spin). Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual Bonus Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Promotions carry an expiry period from the date of activation or deposit. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Eligibility: The Operator reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any Promotion from any User at its sole discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of a Promotion is suspected.
• Non-transferable: Bonus funds and free bets are personal to the Account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or applied to another Account.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 92pn Platform are subject to the Operator's general betting rules and any sport-specific, event-specific or game-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform system. The Operator does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed, except where expressly provided for in applicable game or sport rules.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is defined as a price that is clearly erroneous and significantly different from the correct market price at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate subject to real-time data feeds. The Operator shall not be liable for any bet placed on the basis of incorrect or delayed live data where the error was not within its reasonable control.
• The Operator reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any bet, event or market at its sole discretion.
• RNG-based casino games operate using systems certified by independent testing laboratories. The stated RTP (Return to Player) percentage for any game is an illustrative long-run statistical average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports markets covered on the Platform include, but are not limited to, Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournaments, international football, and UFC events. Market availability is subject to change.

9 Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated exclusively as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or as an escape from personal problems.

The Platform provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set an alert or automatic session end after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During any self-exclusion period, the Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account or accessing the Platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pn Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account, payment method or identity without their express authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or undisclosed mathematical advantages to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage techniques to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other users to systematically extract bonus value.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without express authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPN, proxy or IP-masking tools.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pn Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout and design (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Any trade marks, service marks or logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trade mark, service mark or logo of the Operator or any third party.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall constitute a warranty that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction or that your use of the Platform is compliant with local law. Users in Pakistan should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 places restrictions on gambling activities.

13 Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of your Account.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling Tools.

Upon termination of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any sums owed to the Operator will be returned to you via an available payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon Account termination unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated. The Operator will provide details of the applicable governing jurisdiction upon request through the support channels listed in Section 16.

For Users located in Pakistan: nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are individually responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other relevant legislation in force in their province or municipality.

15 Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will notify registered Users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the amended Terms take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
